The process:

1. "Health & Nutrition for Busy People" Workshop
>Learn the foundational principles of Rena’s approach including Primary Food, Secondary Food, & Bio-Individuality
>Start building awareness about your present habits and how they’re impacting your health
>Feel empowered to make the necessary changes to feel more satisfied, calm, and nourished.

2. 6 Month Program
>Intake period including 1:1 meetings to form curated groups
>50 minute sessions every other week in groups of up to 5 people + receive notes
>debrief challenges, celebrate growth, receive accountability

3. Yoga
>three 30-minute Yoga classes one day per week for all employees
>feel noticeably calmer and more focused without taking away too much working time
>listen to your body

4. Success
>employees may notice that they work more efficiently even after just one session
>reframing thinking to not only reduce stress, but increase calm and focus
