• Karuna Yoga

    I founded Karuna Yoga in 2023 through which I have been teaching fully sponsored trauma informed Yoga classes to Israel.

    SAWA, which means, “together” in Arabic, is a cross-cultural space for Arab and Jewish women to come together and form friendships.

    Karuna Yoga and SAWA have partnered to bring Yoga to Arab and Jewish women practicing together.

    Yoga is a tool for cultivating inner peace, but our meetings have the added benefit of giving space for that peace to extend out into relationships between neighbors who usually do not interact, or if they do, it’s often with conflict.
